EXTRA WORK:

A1. Squat Clean

     4 x 2 Across (athlete choice)

     *No TnG

     *weight should be challenging but not devastating. Focus on improved movement

 

A2. Muscle Up

     4 x 8+

     *If athlete cannot complete 8+ MU unbroken, break them up. For athletes without MU, use most challenging Pull up modification that allows for 8+ unbroken.

 

Mobility:

   10 minutes smashing/ stretching Pecs and Shoulders
