  Teams of 4:

  AMRAP 22:

    1: 200m Run

    2. Push ups

    3. Calorie Row/Bike

    4. Wall Ball

    **Rotate w/ 200m Run One athlete at each station.

    Accumulate as many reps as possible until partner gets back from run
