Coach Jon's Pretty Good Pulled Pork.

Ok... it's better than pretty good. 

3-4 lbs Pork Shoulder
Salt & Pepper
1-2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 Tsp Paprika
1-2 Tbsp Ground coffee
1-2 Tsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Beef Stock (I like Better Than Bouillon) 
BBQ Sauce (I like Weber - No Corn Syrup / very few ingredients)

Cook IT!
Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. Melt a small amount of coconut oil. Sear pork for 2-3 minutes on each side. Place meat in crock pot along with beef stock and about 2 cups of water. Cook on low for 8-10 hours. Once meat is finished place in a large bowl. Pull apart with a couple forks. Add the sauce and enjoy. Tastes good cold and reheated!
